Background downloads show thumbnails, progress, completed or failed status, pause, resume, retry, and cancel controls. Folder presets, filename previews, source dates when supplied, and stable-media-ID skip history keep files organized.
Built for authorized downloads
Use InstaDown only for media you own or have permission to save. It does not bypass sign-in, private-account access, or unavailable-media restrictions.
Private by design
InstaDown has no developer backend, analytics, ads, or tracking. Necessary transfers go only to Chrome and Instagram/Meta to provide the feature you request. Data is not sold or transferred for advertising, analytics, or unrelated purposes.
