One item or a selected batch
InstaDown supports Feed posts, Reels, Stories, Highlights, carousels, and profile sections you can already view. Save one loaded profile video, keep selections across Instagram rerenders, or use Download all with a limit of 25, 50, or 100 items. One file opens the Microsoft Edge save dialog. Several files download as one zip.
A queue you can control
Downloads continue in the background. The InstaDown popup shows progress, pause, resume, retry, cancel, Open folder, and Copy path. Filename previews and account folders keep the saved files organized.
Built for authorized downloads
Use InstaDown only for media you own or have permission to save. It does not bypass sign-in, private-account access, or unavailable-media restrictions.
Private by design
InstaDown has no developer backend, analytics, ads, or tracking. Settings and the download list stay in Microsoft Edge. Necessary transfers go only to Instagram/Meta to fetch the file you chose.
